In a single word

!MODULES!

The thing that has annoyed me the most about the standard WordPress framework is how the loop is hardcoded into single.php … Why the templating framework was not built as modules I’ll never know …

This seems to be the answer I’ve been searching for …

This looks really cool. I love the re-factoring you have done, the duplication in the WordPress templates always bothered me. Looks like you have brought OOP style to WordPress templates….but I will have to investigate further….definitely look like something that matches my way of thinking.

Excellent introduction. I’ve actually been needing a lot of conditional layout changes and was about to code it myself before I came across Carrington — I’m definitely going to switch my site over to it as soon as I can. Thanks so much for creating such a great tool!

Good gravy, just about everything you said seems greek to me. Should be interesting to see if if this Microsoft Office junkie can figure out what in the heck you’re talking about…cause I love this theme!

I’ll be building a site for a friend soon and I’m sure they’ll select this theme.
